The apartment was clean and had location short walk to the center of the city, all restaurants and downtown, restaurants and central plaza. The setting was favourable. In fact, it was located near a central square. The staff were very very helpful, made the stay fine. I had easy check-in.

It was great close to the center of town. Shower facilities and bath sheets were available.

I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was fantastic and fairly clean and had great location so close to beautiful cenote Zaci and the center of the city. Staff was incredibly nice and amiable, tried to answer all questions.

I had a really comfortable and clean stay at Gayser Apartamentos. The apartment room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a TV. The staff was helpful and provided me with useful information about the area. The check-in process was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable room with good air conditioning and hot water. The staff was friendly and approachable. The location was convenient, being a short walk from the main plaza and close to transportation options. Plus, the room had kitchen facilities and a refrigerator, which was a bonus for longer stays.

The check-in window of 3pm to 6pm was a bit restrictive and could be inconvenient for some guests. Additionally, the towels provided were worn down and could use an upgrade.

Location was unbeatable and stunning, not too far from Valladolid. Located in a peaceful area, walk from a bus station. The host met us with warm welcome. Has spacious bedroom, hypoallergenic pillows were provided beforehand. Private bathroom was clean.

the location of the hotel was great, really convenient for exploring the city. The room itself was fairly clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The staff, although language was a barrier, were friendly and tried to help. it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't choose to stay there again, especially with the hot water issue.

After traveling for hours, all I wanted was a warm shower, but the hot water line was clogged. The staff didn't seem to care, and the supervisor just turned on the cold water, leaving me freezing.

The location was magnificent and central. The staff was very helpful and amazingly nice to chat with.
